Randy Poe's new biography Skydog: The Duane Allman Story tells how, after years of struggle, the sound of the band finally fell into place when Gregg, back home after a gig in LA, joined in at the keyboard with the guys Duane had gathered together. Also it is interesting hearing about Jaimoe's role as the true catalyst to their musical style.
